SELLING WITH eCONVEYANCING NSW
In NSW you cannot market your residential property without a complete contract for sale being available to all purchasers.
The contract must contain certain documents prescribed by legislation. eConveyancing NSW will order all the necessary documents and searches on the same day we receive your written instructions to put a contract together for you.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS
eConveyancing NSW uses electronic contract so that we can send a copy of the contract to you and your agent within 1 to 2 days of instructions so that the property can be offered for sale and advertised.
EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS
When you have negotiated the sale of the property and your agent wants to exchange the contracts, they can simply print out the electronic contract and fill in any details by hand. We can also organise for contracts to be signed electronically the parties are happy to do so.
AFTER EXCHANGE
Once exchange of contracts has taken place eConveyancing NSW will look after all the necessary documentation to complete the sale in accordance with your instructions including responding to any requisitions from the purchases and liaising with your bank or non-bank lender to ensure they are aware of the sale and prepare the necessary discharge documentation.
